The service operates through official API integrations with these platforms, enabling users to manage their social media presence from a single dashboard.

3. Account and Access

  • You must create an account to use Social Publisher.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when connecting social media platforms.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all content you publish through Social Publisher.
  • You must comply with the terms of service of each connected social media platform.
  • You must not use the service to publish illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
  • You must not attempt to circumvent any platform restrictions or API rate limits.

5. Platform Connections

When you connect a social media platform to Social Publisher, you authorize us to access your account on that platform through OAuth 2.0 for the purpose of publishing content on your behalf. You may disconnect any platform at any time, which will immediately revoke our access.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you publish through Social Publisher. The application does not claim any ownership over your content. Social Publisher and its branding are the property of the service operator.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Social Publisher interacts with third-party social media platforms through their official APIs. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. Social Publisher is not responsible for changes in third-party APIs, platform policies, or service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Social Publisher is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to failed publications, data loss, service interruptions, or account issues on connected platforms.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
